Tires are not hazardous waste and are not accepted at hazardous waste collection sites.

Most tire dealers will take old tires when customers purchase new ones. You can also dispose of tires at a transfer station (limit 4 tires per trip). Call King County Solid Waste Transfer stations at 206-477-4466 for pricing and hours of operation.
